About virtuallylisa.com

Dedicated to assisting churches, non-profit organizations, and sole proprietors decrease time with administrative work, while giving you more time for visioning and leading your organization.

What is a virtual assistant, anyway?

Virtual assistants are part of a fast-growing, flexible workforce that can boost your business’s productivity. They can work part-time or full-time, depending on your requirements. Need 20 hours a week? No problem. Need 30 hours? What about 40? If it can be done online, a virtual assistant can probably do it.

How a leader spends his or her time might be the biggest factor in the success of the organization. So organizational leaders (and key managers) need to spend their time on high-value activities.

That’s where I come in.

About Lisa

Lisa Reece, sole proprietor of virtuallylisa.com, obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology – Organizational Studies from the University of California, Davis, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.

She has 20 years of professional experience in her field of study.  She has worked as a Program Analyst/Consultant for a Big 4 consulting firm, and as a Human Resource Program/Project Manager and Recruiter for one of the nation’s largest telephone service providers and one of the nation’s top internet/media companies. However, her greatest challenge and privilege was taking time away from corporate work to be a full-time wife, mother and ministry worker.

Lisa has over 30 years of teaching experience in church ministry. She has been a featured speaker/instructor for churches and organizations at conferences and workshops throughout Northern California and the San Francisco Bay Area.

One of Lisa’s biggest ministry moments was leading a team of women to redevelop their church’s women’s ministry in 2016. They established an encouraging, teaching, and praying ministry of women focused on meeting the basic and spiritual needs of women. They also successfully hosted 3 women and girls’ conferences with attendance by more than 200 women and girls per event.

In 2017, Lisa was hired to work as a part-time staff person at her church providing administrative support, where she project managed the development of the church website; provided ongoing website support; designed graphics and promo videos to augment the media team responsibilities; and vetted and implemented mass communication tools such as robocalling, group text messaging, and video conferencing during COVID-19. She helped to enhance and expand the use of social media during this time period, including FaceBook and YouTube to support online streaming of Sunday Services. She also developed the church’s re-opening plan in anticipation of post-COVID worship services.

Through her sole proprietorship, virtuallylisa.com, Lisa hopes to combine all of her experience in tech, media, communications, consulting, and ministry to work directly with churches, non-profit organizations, and sole proprietorships to optimize their efforts, boost productivity, and accelerate their growth.
